The central area at Hacienda del Sol called Krishna Hall.
It is a gathering place where guests can dine together at meals and spend time conversing or reading in the lounge area. The top floor of the building houses a large kitchen and dining area, and the bottom floor has an office, separate men’s and women’s bathroom facilities, a laundry room and a storage room with a safe.
The kitchen is fully equipped for raw food production. Everything in it is included in the sale, i.e. a commercial grade fridge, two small fridges, a deep freeze, gas oven/range, 2 Excaliber dehydrators, 2 Vitamix blenders with 2 extra jars, a food processor, a Greenstar juicer and a Breville juicer, as well as all the dishes, silverware, glasses, pots, pans, towels, etc.
The Dining Hall is approximately 675 sqft and can accommodate up to 30 people.
The entrance to the Krishna hall has 2 water stations with filtered water. The tap water is from our own private well that has been tested and approved for drinking.
All tables, chairs, sofas, and bar stools are included in the sale.
The lower level of the Krishna Hall includes:

Cabinas
There are 12 cabinas that can accommodate up to a total of 28 people. The cabinas are approximately 200 sqft inside. Each cabina has a combination of double beds and/or single beds. They all have a closet ! rod, a dresser, nightstands, and a desk with a stool. They each have a private patio in back that opens up to the jungle. There is a hammock on every patio along with some chairs. Three of these patios also have a sink and a small countertop.
- Five cabinas have attached private bathrooms. The others share the common bathrooms at Krishna hall.
- One of the cabinas without a bathroom is divided in half creating two smaller cabinas. Only the back side has a private deck with a hammock.
- One of the cabinas is extra large because it has a loft. It can accommodate up to 6 people.
- This is an additional cabina up the hill away from the others with an ! attached bathroom. It also has an outdoor shower. It is used if extra space is needed or for staff.
Location:
We are located in a village called San Juanillo on the Pacific coast of Costa Rica.
The area is quiet and tranquil with friendly locals and an abundance of beautiful beaches that are only a few minutes drive from the property! .

Lot is "ready to build", including master plan for luxury resort. with access to electricity, water and a public roadway.
